Key Purpose Of The Role:
BiofuelCircle Customer Success team is responsible for Subscriber Onboarding, User training and Customer Support to ensure higher level of usage and utility for the platform. Customer Success team’s role is pivotal in ensuring subscriber and platform success.
Key Tasks:
Customer Onboarding
  • Study the existing business processes of the participant and document the same
  • Create a customer profile based on participants data
  • User Training and Used Case templates.
POC and Subscription
  • Completing initial proof of concept for all subscribers
  • Handholding new subscribers through their early-stage transactions
  • Helping Subscribers choose correct subscription plan for ongoing usage.
Customer Success
  • Regularly engage with the participants to ensure high platform usage.
  • Periodical business review meeting with all subscribers
  • Quarterly business planning with subscribers
  • Use of analytics to help customers achieve their objectives
  • Cross sell/Up sell other products/services based on past data and other information to increase engagement with the customers
Customer Support
  • Support subscribers with new and existing functionality / services and features
