Key Purpose Of The Role:
The Customer Success and Inside Sales team ensures subscriber onboarding, delivers training, and provides customer support, driving platform usage, business growth, and overall success for BiofuelCircle.
Key Tasks:
Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding & Training
  • Document participants' business processes and update need analysis.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create use case templates.
Customer Success & Business Growth
  • Regularly engage with participants to ensure active platform usage and business deals.
  • Conduct periodic business review and quarterly planning meetings.
  • Use analytics to help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell services like auctions and value-added products.
Customer Support
  • Assist subscribers with platform functionalities, services, and features.
CRM Management
  • Enter all leads and update relevant contact fields in the CRM daily.
  • Support email automation by aligning sales stages.
Platform Demo & Registration
  • Conduct need analysis and platform demos to showcase features and benefits.
  • Complete customer registration and KYC processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile General Background
  • Graduates/Postgraduates with a process-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to engage professionally with platform participants.
Technical Competency
  • Knowledge of IT systems and Office applications.
  • Ability to understand, implement, and improve processes.

  • Strong verbal communication, capable of interacting with both internal and external customers.
