Key Purpose Of The Role:
The Functional Support Consultant will focus on helping users leverage the BiofuelCircle platform effectively, ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and providing support for platform-related tasks.
Key Tasks:
Key Responsibilities Platform Expertise & Troubleshooting
  • Understand the BiofuelCircle platform's functionalities and user applications.
  • Assist users on-site and remotely in performing platform tasks and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues like connectivity, validation errors, and API failures.
User Support & Documentation
  • Respond to user queries regarding platform features and capabilities.
  • Create knowledge base articles and how-to videos for efficient issue resolution.
  • Document defects for engineering teams to understand, replicate, and resolve.
Process Management
  • Follow defined support processes to track user requests and manage defects.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions or workarounds for user challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Up to 2 years in an application support role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication skills for explaining functionalities and creating explainer documents.
    • Familiarity with web/mobile applications and support tools like CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Traits:
    • Proactive, accountable, and independent.
    • Ability to collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to work in shifts and travel as needed.
