Key Purpose Of The Role:
Key Tasks:
- Design and implement L&D strategies to address skill gaps and foster development.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements.
- Automate L&D policies and processes.
- Implement and maintain HRMS, automation tools, and related systems.
- Identify and execute opportunities for process automation.
- Develop HR dashboards and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and collaborate with stakeholders for data-driven solutions.
- Draft and update HR policies ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Effectively communicate policies across the organization.
- Lead payroll system automation and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business needs.
- Communicate HR programs and solutions effectively.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of HR projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on L&D, HR systems, analytics, and policy formulation.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, automation tools, and payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
