Key Purpose Of The Role:
The HR Centre of Excellence role will be responsible for driving process improvements, automation, and strategic HR initiatives. The position focuses on creating impactful L&D programs, implementing HR systems, ensuring data-driven decisions through analytics, and streamlining payroll processes.
Key Tasks:
Learning & Development:
  • Design and implement L&D strategies to address skill gaps and foster development.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements.
  • Automate L&D policies and processes.
HR Systems & Automation:
  • Implement and maintain HRMS, automation tools, and related systems.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for process automation.
HR Analytics:
  • Develop HR dashboards and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Analyze data trends and collaborate with stakeholders for data-driven solutions.
HR Policy Formulation:
  • Draft and update HR policies ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate policies across the organization.
Payroll Automation:
  • Lead payroll system automation and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Communicate HR programs and solutions effectively.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of HR projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on L&D, HR systems, analytics, and policy formulation.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS, automation tools, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Calm, friendly, and assertive interpersonal traits.
