Key Purpose Of The Role:
The Human Resource Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting BiofuelCircle's growth plans, ensuring efficient talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR operational excellence.
Key Tasks:
Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
Employee Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work environment through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement programs, events, and feedback initiatives.
HR Operations:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in compliance with policies and legal regulations.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll management processes.
  • Implement HR tools and systems to enhance efficiency and operations.
Compliance & Performance Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Support performance appraisal systems, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 2-4 years in HR and recruitment, preferably in IT/ITES companies.

Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, assertive, and detail-oriented.
  • Education: Graduate with a postgraduate degree in HR from a reputed institute.
