Key Purpose Of The Role:
Key Tasks:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement programs, events, and feedback initiatives.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in compliance with policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll management processes.
- Implement HR tools and systems to enhance efficiency and operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Support performance appraisal systems, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.
Experience: 2-4 years in HR and recruitment, preferably in IT/ITES companies.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, assertive, and detail-oriented.
- Education: Graduate with a postgraduate degree in HR from a reputed institute.
