BiofuelCircle is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and platform subscriptions, playing a key role in connecting customers with our innovative bioenergy solutions.

Key Purpose Of The Role:
The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead qualification, platform demonstrations, and customer engagement to establish BiofuelCircle as the go-to platform for biomass and biofuel trading.
Key Tasks:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with Market Development and Marketing teams to identify and target prospects.
  • Maintain and manage leads in Monday.com CRM.
Platform Demonstrations:
  • Conduct value-based platform demos tailored to customer needs.
  • Introduce BiofuelCircle services and present value propositions.
  • Assist customers with platform registration and KYC completion.
Customer Engagement:
  • Schedule and conduct online/offline events for technology demonstrations.
  • Take follow-ups from customers and the sales team until leads reach the Proof of Concept (POC) stage.
CRM Management:
  • Record all lead and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Support email automation by indicating appropriate sales stages.
Experience: Preferably in dealing with Procurement Managers or B2B sales.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with rural and industrial customers.
  • Confident, assertive, and process-driven.
  • Fluency in English and a regional language is a must.
