Key Purpose Of The Role:
This position will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers and biomass processors, increasing share of wallet (SOW), and implementing the company’s Go-To-Market strategy to grow platform participation and revenue.
Key Tasks:
Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth:
  • Acquire new customers (biomass consumers and processors) in the region.
  • Increase SOW from existing customers through value-added services and strong relationship management.
Platform Growth:
  • Enhance platform participation to create a vibrant marketplace.
  • Drive sales of value-added services among marketplace participants.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead a regional sales team, optimizing sales processes using CRM tools to maximize productivity.
  • Provide guidance and direction to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work seamlessly with Customer Success and Marketing teams to meet yearly objectives.
  • Manage relationships with small and large customers, building trust at all levels.
Strategic Direction:
  • Provide insights on industry and market trends to the regional team.
  • Implement and refine Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the COO/VP-Sales.
Experience:
  • Industrial sales experience in B2B or industrial segments, preferably in energy, biofuels, biomass, or related industries.
Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with proven ability to sell to senior management.
  • Process orientation and expertise in key account and solution sales.
  • Assertive, friendly interpersonal traits with a focus on performance and objectives.

Supervision & Collaboration:

This position reports to the COO/VP-Sales and collaborates closely with Operating Circle Heads and the Head of Customer Success.
