Key Purpose of the Role:

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to:

• Identify and develop market linkages for buying & selling biomass and biomass products in rural FPO clusters.

• Meet volume targets of operations on BiofuelCircle digital platform through FPO-based biomass supply chain.

• On-ground handholding of FPOs and rural community to augment resources to establish a biomass supply chain.

• Provide local operation support to value-added services offered by the company such as storage, delivery & quality assurance, laboratories, buyer & seller profile verification services, etc.

• Provide on-ground technical and implementation support in areas of rental harvest and post-harvest equipment, aggregation, storage, and processing of biomass.

Key Tasks:​​

The role requires the candidate to extensively work towards FPO-based supply chain creation through:

• Sourcing and onboarding biomass supply chain stakeholders like farmers, FPOs, transporters, aggregators, storage partners, processors, and rental equipment owners, etc. on the company’s digital platform.

• Conducting training and awareness sessions for all stakeholders for effective use of the company’s digital platform.

• Making quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans for the FPO-based biomass supply chain for

• Implementing supply chain projects

• Achieve target volumes of business

• Monitoring and Plan execution

• Reporting performance with deviations and action plan

• Ensure smooth operations of all stakeholders on-ground and on digital

• Platform and active intervention for any troubleshooting needs.

• Alignment of all supporting stakeholders like transporters, financial institutions, material handling equipment, post-harvest farm equipment suppliers, etc.

• Provide on-ground intelligence through structured surveys, data collection, and objective evaluation of rural opportunities

• Conduct primary research to validate data related to biomass supply chain, such as crop pattern, crop-wise hectarage, villages data, number of farmers, aggregators, logistics resources, processors, storage options, etc.

• Provide local support in value-added services such as

• Storage & Delivery Assurance Services- identify and evaluate local opportunities & infrastructure for establishing storage services

• Verification services- Participation in seller profile verification activity and active intervention in improving the profile

• Laboratory services- Active participation & support in creating a laboratory services network
