Platform Operations team responsible for driving participation and creating opportunities for regular transactions on the platform for large and small buyers/ sellers for products and services offered by BiofuelCircle.

Key Tasks:
What Key Tasks will be involved?
Platform Participants / Customers / Subscriber Connect
- Regular interaction with subscribers for individual/ location need analysis.
- Opportunity/ value presentation to active subscribers.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to promote business growth.
- Based on the demand created by the Industrial and sectoral supply chain contracting teams, identify the best possible areas of aggregation
Platform Operations
- Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily plan for driving participation and deals for all products and locations.
- Coordination and management of Auctions, RFPs, Supply Portal, and other tools to achieve the planned business targets.
- Plan for achieving procurement / sales targets using platform tools based on demand from consumers/ suppliers, near term demand/ supply outlook, harvest data, and from analytical data provided by the Data Analytics team.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders in consumer/ supplier organizations to promote business growth.
Transaction Management
- Monitor delivery completion and settlement; provide necessary support for transaction completion.
