Jacob has 22 years of experience working with multiple corporates in a variety of roles. He leads the Platform Operations, Customer Success, Key Accounts Management, Assurance, Support, and Corporate Governance activities at BiofuelCircle in his role as the Chief Customer Officer.


He has handled the onboarding of various large customers on the platform, helping them use the platform and assisting them in achieving their sustainability goals. He also works closely with the biomass end processors and producers to ably use the BiofuelCircle platform. He is passionate about the company’s mission and vision.


Prior to working with BiofuelCircle, he has worked with large corporates like Larsen & Toubro, Cargill India, Triple Point Technology, and ITC Infotech. Jacob found his calling in the technology space with Triple Point Technology whose flagship product, Commodity XL was the leader in the Commodity Trading and Risk Management Space. He continued to add to the space when he set up the CTRM division in ITC Infotech. He has worked as a trader in Cargill for close to 4 years.

Jacob holds a degree in Engineering from Government Engineering College in Gujarat and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune
