- Quality Control Systems: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems for briquette and pellet products.
- Plant Audits: Conduct routine audits at processing plants to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and industry requirements.
- Testing Protocols: Establish and implement testing protocols for raw materials and finished products.
- Quality Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action plans.
- QA Documentation: Maintain accurate records of QA documentation, inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
- Third-Party Coordination: Liaise with third-party testing laboratories and certification agencies for product testing and certification requirements.
- Vendor Identification: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers aligned with Green Channel guidelines and business requirements.
- Technical Assessment: Conduct technical, operational, and capacity assessments of vendors to ensure their readiness for sustainable biomass fuel production.
- Vendor Performance: Develop vendor scorecards and conduct periodic performance reviews to monitor quality, capacity, compliance, and service levels.
- Vendor Capability Development: Support vendors in upgrading their quality systems, production processes, and techniques to meet defined product specifications.
- Commercial Support: Support price negotiations and contract finalization with approved vendors in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, logistics, quality, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of the Green Channel program.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all suppliers comply with applicable environmental, social, quality, and operational standards.
- Digital Tracking: Support the implementation and effective use of digital tracking systems for vendor, quality, compliance, and performance data.
- Program Monitoring: Track Green Channel program activities, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure effective implementation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory, environmental, safety, and industry requirements.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal, vendor, plant, and third-party audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Compliance Records: Maintain updated records of licenses, certificates, audit reports, inspection records, and other compliance documentation.
- Corrective Actions: Track corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, inspections, and quality assessments until closure.
