Key Purpose Of The Role:
Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define and design new product features, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Provide bug fixes, write tests, and develop tooling to ensure features work effectively at cloud scale.
- Understand the impact of feature changes on the overall platform and make strategic decisions to enhance platform performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing application modules, leading the team in best practices for code quality and efficiency.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, secure, high-performing, and efficient code, and perform code reviews to uphold these standards across the team.
- Go beyond code deployment by assisting with rollouts, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the implementation of new functionality while overseeing the deployment process.
- Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements, driving continuous innovation and process optimization.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality C# applications, leading by example and setting standards for the team.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring they are robust and scalable.
