30+ Years in business leadership roles in the consumer and industrial corporate as well as government sector, with reputed companies like Cummins, G.E. Lighting, Atomic Energy Commission, among others.

Mr. Pradeep Bhargava is Chairman at MCCIA Electronic Cluster Foundation. Also been Independent Director at Persistent Systems Ltd. He has a cumulative experience of over 3 decades in business leadership roles in the consumer and industrial corporate sectors at renowned companies, such as Sharp, G.E. Lighting, Bharat Forge, and Cummins. He also worked for the Government of India for almost a decade at Atomic Energy Commission, Electronics Commission, BHEL. He also served as a consultant to UNDP & World Bank for 15 months.

Mr. Bhargava did his B.Sc. Honors from Rajasthan University, B.E. from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and an M.B.A. from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Bhargava is active in various industry forums where he serves in different roles, such as President, MCCIA, Pune, President, EFI, and Chairman, CII, Western Region. He acts as an Independent Director on the board of leading corporates as well as a Trustee at KEM Hospital, Pune, Lila Poonawala Foundation.

Mr. Bhargava is also engaged in various agendas of Civic Society – skill development, employability, women empowerment, and environment (Greenco). He conceived and steered the ‘Pune Power Model’ leading to zero load shedding in Pune.

Mr. Bhargava is also associated with leading academic institutions like IIMs (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Indore, Udaipur) and Symbiosis, Pune.
