Key Purpose Of The Role:
BiofuelCircle’s E-Commerce business provides services to industrial users of biofuels and to biofuel producers. Enterprise customers (large and medium scale), along with MSMEs in the biofuel production business, form the backbone of demand and supply on the BiofuelCircle platform. This position will be responsible for sales in a designated region comprising multiple states. Sales and sales management will broadly cover new customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer lifecycle management. The position will also be responsible for implementing the E-Commerce business Go-To-Market strategy in the region.
Key Tasks:
1. New Customer Acquisition
  • Support the Sales team in converting qualified leads on the buy and sell side for the E-Commerce business into subscribers and registered users for transactions on the platform.
  • Sales activity planning, funnel management, and customer acquisition forecasting through CRM.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for regional market events to strengthen the sales funnel.
2. Participation and Contracts
  • Work with E-Commerce Operations and Customer Success teams to drive customer participation and term contracts for platform participants.
3. Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Need analysis, platform activity analysis, opportunity mapping, and improvement of Customer Share of Wallet for existing customers.
  • Reactivate dormant customers.
  • Increase the active customer base and Share of Wallet.
  • Manage relationships with small and large customers and build trust with these customers.
4. Market Share Growth
  • Work with available market share and market intelligence to create and implement regional market share growth plans.
  • Develop and implement business plans, set goals, and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
5. Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Launch new supply and demand clusters in the region.
  • Launch new products and service offerings in the region.
6. Team Management
  • Manage, build, and lead a team of Sales and Operations resources.
7. Sales Process Optimization
  • Optimize Sales processes using CRM tools to ensure maximum productivity per Sales team member.
