Key Purpose Of The Role:
The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and generating revenue from industrial customers who consume biomass in their production processes.
Key Tasks:
  • New Customer acquisition for Enterprise subscription to Industrial companies across India
  1. End-to-end sales process from lead stage to commercial contract
  • Key Account Management for existing enterprise customers to drive usage revenue.
  1. Usage review and Gap analysis 
  2. Driving up the share of business
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience- Direct Sales to Industrial Segment
  • Employment History - Large Indian/ Multinational Co
  • Knowledge - Energy Industry or Enterprise Software
  • Experience - More than 3 years
  • Any Specific Need - Ability to sell to senior management teams
  • Strengths - Deal Making
  • Education/ Training Engineering with Management qualification from premier institute
  • Presentation/ Communication Skills -
  • Strong written and presentation skills, Knowledge of local language is a must
  • Interpersonal Skills - Assertive and friendly
  • Leadership Traits - Performance focus
