Key Purpose Of The Role:
2. Sell subscriptions to the platform, ensure active participation of customers, increase engagement to capture a greater share of their business, sell value-added services, and generate revenue.
Key Tasks:
- Identify suitable Supply Entities to be targeted and work on leads developed by marketing initiatives (Briquette makers, pellet makers & Industrial Biomass Suppliers) in operating areas defined as area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams for establishing the need analysis of customers, establish the value of the platform, create suitable demos, and establish Proof of Concept.
- Sell subscriptions to the platform and support platform usage.
- Ensure active participation, grow their business, and ensure continued participation, including advisory on subscription plans and services.
- Create a plan for the success of subscribers on the platform.
- Handle customer queries and resolve them by following the processes defined in the organization.
- Draft proposals and quotes for biomass processors and suppliers, follow up on the same, and enable sales conversion.
