Indu Jacob is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from University of Chicago and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. She was previously associated with ANZ Grindlays, Citibank N.A., Merrill Lynch Investment Bank NYC, Aditya Birla Group and Thermax Limited.
