Indu Jacob is an Independent Director of the company with over two decades of  experience across corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and financial services. 

She most recently served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Thermax Limited (2022– 2024), where she led strategic transactions, due diligence, and new business development  initiatives. 

Prior to this, she was associated with the Aditya Birla Group in multiple leadership roles  from 2009 to 2017, including Vice President & Principal (Chairman’s Cell), where she  worked closely on corporate strategy and business development. She also served as Vice  President and Principal Consultant (Far East) for Aditya Birla Group (2017–2020), based in  Hanoi, driving strategic initiatives in international markets.

Indu holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a post  graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
