Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay brings 30 years of experience in leading finance, legal, and business divisions with reputed Indian companies.

He is the Founder of Lexcelon Corporate Advisors, a legal and transaction advisory. He also mentors the finance and legal teams of Indian companies in their transformation and growth journeys. He was the Group CFO and Executive Council Member of Thermax till 2019. Earlier he served as the President and CFO of Tata Autocomp Group and also worked for Tata Steel and IFB.

Mr. Mukhopadhyay is serving as an independent director on the board of Quick Heal Technologies.
